Training Best Value B-Certificering

Best Value is een bewezen methode om resultaten te behalen. De principes van Best Value zijn simpel maar verschillen erg met de traditionele management praktijken. Best Value erkent dat verandering moeilijk is en dat het van binnenuit moet komen, middelen besteden aan regelgeving, controle en inspecties zijn meestal een verspilling van moeite, tijd en geld.

 

Online training Best Value B-Certificering
Best Value is oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld door professor Dean Kashiwagi en het zorgt voor het zo efficiënt en effectief mogelijk laten verlopen van projecten en/of inkooptrajecten. Hoe Best Value precies werkt, leert u tijdens deze training.

Voor projectleiders, technische specialisten, inkopers, tendermanagers, managers.

 

Wat maakt deze training anders dan andere Best Value trainingen?
Het betreft een interactieve onlinetraining bestaande uit 5 dagdelen. De traiining wordt verzorgd door A+ trainers. De trainingsdagdelen zijn interactief en er is alle ruimte voor je eigen vragen. Het gedachtegoed achter Best Value en wat dat betekent voor je eigen handelen is onderdeel van de training. Ook worden alle 4 fasen van het Best Value proces, voorbereiding, selectie, concretisering en uitvoering aan de hand van casussen en theorie behandeld. 

Na afloop van de training ontvangen de deelnemers een Best Value B certificaat. 

 

De eerstvolgende training staat gepland op: 3, 5, 8, 10 en 12 februari 2021.

Opzet:            elke sessie bestaat uit een mix van theorie, uitleg, het maken van opdrachten en terugkoppelen en een korte afsluitende quiz om de opgedane kennis te toetsen

Annuleren

Bij annuleringen, ontvangen tot 10 werkdagen voor aanvang van de cursus, wordt een bedrag van € 125,- administratiekosten, vermeerderd met 21% btw per geannuleerde cursist (aan de werkgever) in rekening gebracht.
Bij annuleringen binnen 10 werkdagen voor aanvang van de cursus, wordt de volledige cursusprijs (aan de werkgever) in rekening gebracht, ongeacht de reden van annulering.

Best Value Certificering boards NEVI en Best Value Europe gaan samen

Het Best Value landschap in Nederland heeft een nieuwe mijlpaal bereikt. Per 1 september zijn de certificering board van NEVI en Best Value Europe samengevoegd tot één gezamenlijke board, dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het Best Value Nederland Collectief.

Certificering door experts

De Best Value board certificeert professionals die hun Best Value A-certificaat willen behalen. Tot 1 september functioneerden de boards van NEVI en Best Value Europe afzonderlijk van elkaar. Vanuit de wens om Best Value als aanpak verder te professionaliseren en om meer uniformiteit in normering aan te brengen, is besloten om beide boards samen te voegen. 

Met de samenvoeging bestaat de nieuwe board uit een groep toonaangevende best value experts in Nederland en is de basis gelegd voor de gezamenlijke standaard in Nederland en Europa. Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met Best Value onderzoekers en faculteit van Arizona State University, licentieverstrekker van Best Value. Eerder nam Best Value grondlegger dr. Dean Kashiwagi afscheid van Arizona State University.

Het A-certificeringsproces van beide boards kent wat verschillen. Vanaf 1 januari 2019 is het beoordelingsproces volledig geharmoniseerd. Tot die tijd zijn beide processen van toepassing om de lopende certificeringstrajecten af te ronden. 

Best Value Nederland Collectief

Eerder dit jaar besloten NEVI, Best Value Europe, Scenter en TU Delft al samen te werken in het nieuwe Best Value Nederland Collectief. Dit collectief is de opvolger van de Vereniging Best Value Nederland en streeft verdere ontwikkeling en verspreiding van het Best Value gedachtengoed na, rekening houdend met de lokale context waarin de aanpak wordt toegepast. 

Best Value Europe Certification board and NEVI board merged into one certification board

The Best Value landscape in the Netherlands has reached a new milestone. As of September 1st, the certification board of NEVI and Best Value Europe have been merged into one joint board, which is part of the Best Value Nederland Collective.

Certification by experts

 

The Best Value board certifies professionals who want to obtain their Best Value A certificate. Until  September 1st2018 the boards of NEVI and Best Value Europe operated separately. Based on the desire to further professionalise Best Value as an approach and to introduce more uniformity in standards, it was decided to merge both boards.

With the merger, the new board consists of a group of leading Best Value experts in the Netherlands and the foundations have been laid for the common standard in the Netherlands and Europe. This is done in close cooperation with Best Value researchers and faculty of Arizona State University, license provider of Best Value. Earlier, Best Value founder Dr. Dean Kashiwagi retired from Arizona State University.

The A-certification process of both boards has some differences. Starting from January 1st 2019, the evaluation process has been fully harmonized. Until then, both processes apply to complete the ongoing certification processes.

Best Value Netherlands Collective

Earlier this year, NEVI, Best Value Europe Centre and TU Delft decided to work together in the new Best Value Netherlands Collective. This collective is the successor of the Association Best Value Nederland and aims to further develop and disseminate the Best Value range of ideas, taking into account the local context in which the approach is applied.

Best Value B+ certification training in Oslo, March 01-02, 2018

The training provides insight in the Best Value way of thinking, the process from preparation until execution including the ‘rules’ and responsibilities of all parties.
